'''CWCREPRC_ENABLE''' is a [[System Parameters|system parameter]] that controls whether an [[Privileges|unprivileged]] user can create a process on another OpenVMS Cluster node. The default value of 1 allows an unprivileged user to create a [[Detached Process|detached process]] with the same [[UIC]] on another [[Node|node]]. A value of 0 requires that a user have [[DETACH]] or [[CMKRNL]] privilege to create a process on another node.
