Quotas are limits that determine the amount of resources a process can consume.
Deductible quotas are taken away from the process and never returned. Quotas of this type are shared between the processes in a job. The only deductible quota is CPULIMIT.
Non-deductible quotas are normally taken away from the process while they are using the recource and then returned to it when the redource is returned. Non-deductible quotas are:
Pooled quotas are taken away from the process while they are using the resource being tracked and then returned when the resource is returned. They are:

- ENQLM (quota)
- FILLM (quota)
- JTQUOTA (quota)
- PGFLQUOTA (quota)
