LOAD PWD POLICY

LOAD_PWD_POLICY is a system parameter that controls whether the SET PASSWORD command attempts to use site-specific password policy routines, which are contained in the shareable image SYS$LIBRARY:VMS$PASSWORD_POLICY.EXE. The default is 0, which indicates not to use policyroutines.
