Quotas are limits that determine the amount of resources a process can consume.
Deductible quotas are taken away from the process and never returned. Quotas of this type are shared between the processes in a job. The only deductible quota is CPULIMIT.
Non-deductible quotas are normally taken away from the process while they are using the resource and then returned to it when the resource is returned. Non-deductible quotas are:
