PQL_DCPULM is a system parameter that sets the default CPU time limit for a process created by the Create Process ($CREPRC) system service or the DCL command RUN (Process). PQL_DCPULM specifies the time limit in increments of 10 milliseconds. The default value of 0 imposes no limit on CPU time usage and is typically the correct value for this parameter. PQL_DCPULM has the DYNAMIC and GEN attributes.
