TBSKIPWSL is a system parameter that specifies the maximum number of working set list entries that may be skipped while scanning for a "good" entry to discard. Setting this parameter to 0 disables skipping. This special parameter is use by VSI and is subject to change. Do not change this parameter unless VSI recommends that you do so.
