AFFINITY SKIP

AFFINITY_SKIP is a system parameter that controls the breaking of implicit affinity. The value inficates the number of times a process is skipped before being moved.

This parameter is in use by VSI and subject to change. Do not change this parameter unless VSI recommends that you do so.
