DIAGNOSE
The DIAGNOSE privilege lets a process run online diagnostic programs and intercept and copy all messages written to the error log file.
The DIAGNOSE privilege also lets the process perform the following tasks:

| Process a diagnostic buffer | $QUI request to a TU58 magnetic tape (TUDRIVER) |
