UPGRADE

UPGRADE is a privilege that lets a process manipulate mandatory access controls. The privilege allows a process to write to an object of higher integrity. This privilege is reserced for enhanced security products like SEVMS.

Users with the UPGRADE privilege may control the system, so it belongs to the ALL group of privileges.
