INITIALIZE/QUEUE
INITIALIZE/QUEUE is a DCL command that creates or initializes queues. You use this command to create queues and to assign them names and options. The /BATCH qualifier is required to create a batch queue. Requires OPER privilege to create queues and manage (M) access to modify queues.
